Spanish Jamon

Spanish Deli imports Jamon produced by EIRIZ & BEHER  – both leading leading brands of Jamon from Spain

BEHER:

International award winning producer of jamon based near Salamanca in western Spain which specialises in acorn-fed “bellota” Iberian jamon.

Beher’s products are recognised as the world’s best due to their free-range pure Iberian pigs being naturally fed on acorns for much of the year and their elaborate curing process.

Beher jamon has a soft flavour and texture with an intense ruby red colour scattered with white spots.  This delicacy is so soft it almost melts in the mouth and produces a rich and distinctive after-taste.

Our range of Beher products currently includes the following Jamons (hind leg) and Paletas (Shoulder / Front leg).
